• Dr. Shin is Professor at Seoul National University. He served for the Korea Ministry of Education about 20 years. His research interests are higher education policy, knowledge and social development, and academic profession. He teaches “Introduction to Higher Education”, “Higher Education Policy”, and “Seminar on Higher Education” at graduate program, and also teaches “Educational Administration” and “Education System and Policy in Korea” at undergraduate program.
